There’s no doubt that Justin Bieber has huge things going for him. A blossoming singing career, good looks, youth, mass adulation with mostly screaming tweens, product endorsements. You name it. The kid has it.
Not only does he appear to be the male counterpart of Britney Spears during which time fawning fans went gaga over her, but he seems bent on following Britney Spears’ staying virgin until meeting perfect someone. Pattie Mallette, Justin’s mother says, “He’s expressed his desire to stay pure and honor women, and treat women with respect. So hopefully that stays valid.” Britney did wait for the right guy, or so it was said.
I admire the kid for the desire to keep things special. It’s the thought that counts. He may have scored cute points to every major Britney fan out there for that, but he just knocked off any chance of working with Mariah Carey when he said,
“I don’t love her new music, it’s not the same [as her old stuff]. It’s like Michael Jordan coming back out to play in the NBA. She is past her best.”
Wow! Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey must be heartbroken. No Justin. Mariah has accomplished so much in the industry. Just like any other people in the world borne ahead of you, she’s had her fall, her fair share of life’s hardships and she has proven her tenacity not to give up on life. Man is not always on his top. We have our days and you too. We may get past the zenith of our success, but I think respect of one’s accomplishments can really get us a long way in life.
