I decided to keep this blog because this is where I could run to when I hate the world created by the self-righteous.
When I was younger, I told myself I would get my own place at the age of 18. I wanted to get away from her, from the hell I had to wake up to every morning, from the hell that burns all day long. Went home for mother’s birthday. Her birthday is also the day she was married to my father. How old I am now plus one year equals the number of years that they have been together. It has been a long time really. You don’t notice how fast the years go by. I have just celebrated my first wedding anniversary.
Anyhow, I decided to bring my laptop so that I could do some work. Blasted laptop the wireless connection is broken. How long I have had this laptop? Not sure. If my memory serves me corretly, I think I bought this lappy around October of 2008.

I have been undecided about this blog. For the longest time, I’m deleting and reviving blogs. I can’t seem to know what to make of them, what to write. This page is a conundrum of a struggling blogger trying to find his place in the virtual world.
I’d have to give credit for this blog because this is where I get the most paid-to-write works. That’s the main reason why I’m having second thoughts about dropping it off.

I don’t know where to take this blog from here. It has been a long time since I wrote something here. I have other blogs and I have lost vision in all five. Mind you this is one of my first serious blog. I mean I have tried quite a few blogs before, but then a few months later decided to delete them simply because I was bored.
I was away for awhile…no, for a long time to finish a commercial cooking class. It took me a whole three months to finish it. It was just for the TESDA certificate, I know that was what I was up to. Atleast, that is what I realized later on. I guess I expected too much of the class. I totally forgot I was not enrolled in a culinary class, but a commercial cooking class accredited by TESDA.

I am not an expert on the standard operating procedures of dealing a hostage-taking incident, but even I, a moron, could see that the infamous hostage crisis that happened on August 23, 2010 could have been handled far better than it was.
It doesn’t excuse a doer of a job this saying, “We did the best we can. If you were to do it, you would not do any difference or any better than what was done.” mainly because you are expected to do the job in a manner that yields more benefits than risks if not totally positive at all. That’s just the way it is.

Christmas is less than a hundred days away. I can hear the radios playing christmas songs. The air reeks of christmas. Christmas carolers are already visible, knocking on houses to do their number. And you don’t just see kids. These are adults who in the spirit of christmas want also to partake a seasonal opportunity to earn.
I feel aching happiness everytime the year enters the ‘ber months. I feel nostalgia, almost magical and this is coming from someone who just turned 30. It’s maybe because the world suddenly becomes kind during this time of year. People are giving gifts to the poor, to loved ones, forgiving those who hurt us and asking forgiveness from those we offended and inflicted pain. Families and friends gather around a tableful of foods and festivities just spending time with each other.

Didn’t enjoy the food. I have to admit I didn’t have as much fun as I expected. When we arrived at Nipa Grill, I was told to look for a table at the far end. I reckon so that we wouldn’t be easily recognized. I found one and propped up the laptop while Antoine and Phoebe ordered at the counter. Lula had settled on a table near the counter and reluctantly went to where I was seated.

Will be dining out in Nipa Grill in a few minutes with Phoebe, Antoine and Lula. Which is good because I am starving. I haven’t been able to sleep well the past few days and you know when you lack sleep, you tend to get hungry quickly.
I love grilled meats and it is only a matter of time that I will be devouring puso and barbecue. Lots of them, like a hungry wolf.
The four of us going out in public maybe too much to handle by other people. I am the odd in the picture, the puzzle that intrigues the minds of the most curious. Or perhaps, completes the enigma.
Finally, I got a camera!
It’s a PowerShot SX130 IS Canon that I bought in SM on March 26, a Friday.Yes, I like to mention that because the day is significance. It marks the day of my making new memories. I have never owned one before, so this is actually a first. Gone are the days when I had to be at the mercy of someone who owns a camera. Let’s be honest. Most of them are narcissistic. They only want to take pictures of themselves and only upload the ones they like, especially when they are on it.

Actually, it’s the best I heard in so many attempts to carry a revival version of Paparazzi. Those prettly girls in the background are ready to take him home and introduce him to mom!

Do you know what I missed? Galeon Andalucia! I was an idiot on missing a culturally lifetime opportunity. I don’t know when another visit is due and if there is, I don’t know if I will still be alive and kicking. 
Galeon Andalucia made educational trips to various ports in the philippines and it arrived on Pier 1 Cebu City on October 16, 2010. It was part of the first Dia del Galeon Festival that commemorates the importance of the Galleon Trade in 1565 to 1815.

Nicole’s mom brings her to a place where eight year olds are not supposed to be. It was 11pm and all other grade2 pupils must have been long asleep. She had school tomorrow, and her mom was clearly enjoying the night with the boyfriend. The red horse grande bottle was half empty now. She demanded in between affection that they so display with her boyfriend that she give the microphone to me to finish the song Hero by Mariah Carey, but obviously Nicole ignored her as she belted her way through “When you face the world alone, no one reaches out a hand for your to hold”.

Judy Ann Santos gave birth to Baby Lucho recently. That’s the nickname of the baby. The fullname is Juan Luis. I thought the nickname was Buchoychoy. Thought I heard that on tv.
Anyway, they can call their baby any names they want. It’s their baby. And why am I so sour about? Many things. First, I have to keep on reprimanding the children to not play on the metal stairwell in my apartment. If you stomp too hard on it, I can hear the sound inside my unit. It’s annoooying. They are children. Who always forget and rules don’t mean anything. Especially to playing children.
